After you send an inquiry, I’ll follow up with a few questions via email or offer to schedule a quick call. We’ll discuss your brand’s vision, your goals for the session, preferred dates, and potential location ideas—whether that’s your workspace, a studio, or an on-location backdrop that aligns with your aesthetic. This conversation helps me get to know you and your brand’s personality so that by the time we meet, you’ll feel confident, clear, and excited for what’s ahead.
Getting the Details Just Right
Together, we’ll choose the perfect location, date, and time for your shoot. I’ll provide personalized wardrobe guidance to ensure your outfits reflect your brand style and resonate with your audience. You’ll also receive a detailed prep guide full of tips on how to prepare, what to bring, and how to get the most out of your branding session.
Simple, Stress-Free Setup
Once everything is finalized, I’ll send over a confirmation email with everything you need: a non-refundable retainer invoice, contract, and a short questionnaire to learn more about your brand, style, and the kind of imagery you’re hoping to create.

You’ll receive a detailed prep guide tailored to branding sessions, filled with tips on wardrobe styling, prop ideas, posing suggestions, and how to best prepare for the types of content you're hoping to create.

Need help curating a look that reflects your brand? I’m here to offer personalized guidance to ensure your outfits are cohesive, flattering, and on-brand.
Session Day Confidence
About a week before your session, I’ll confirm the final details, check the weather (for outdoor shoots), and make sure everything is set. On the day of your session, just show up ready to be yourself—I’ll guide you through the entire process so you feel at ease and look your best.
Whether you're after fresh headshots, lifestyle imagery, product content, or storytelling visuals, I’ll make sure we capture everything you need—with plenty of encouragement along the way.
Your Branding Images & Final Touches
Within 3 weeks of your session, you’ll receive a watermarked proofing gallery to review. From there, you can select the number of images included in your package—or upgrade to additional files or the full gallery for a more complete content library.
Once you’ve made your selections, I’ll begin final retouching—removing flyaway hairs, distracting background elements, and making any adjustments that align with your brand’s visual style. Your final, high-resolution images will be ready within 3 weeks, delivered via a private gallery for instant download and use across your platforms.
