A Refined, Strategic Beginning

Discovery & Alignment

After you submit your inquiry, we will begin with a brief discovery call to discuss your brand, goals, audience, and how your images will be used.

This conversation ensures your session is thoughtfully aligned with the direction of your business.

Intentional Planning

Once your date is reserved, we refine the details.

Together, we will finalize location, wardrobe, creative direction, and shot priorities. You will receive a comprehensive preparation guide so you feel fully prepared and confident heading into your session.

Seamless Confirmation

To secure your date, you will receive a contract, retainer invoice, and a short brand questionnaire.

Once completed, your session is officially confirmed and the creative process begins.

I’ll be checking in along the way to make sure you feel completely prepared and excited. Not sure what to wear or bring? Send over your outfit options or brand mood board—I’m happy to weigh in. My goal is to help you feel confident, aligned, and totally ready to shine in front of the camera.

You’ll receive a detailed prep guide tailored to branding sessions, filled with tips on wardrobe styling, prop ideas, posing suggestions, and how to best prepare for the types of content you're hoping to create.

Need help curating a look that reflects your brand? I’m here to offer personalized guidance to ensure your outfits are cohesive, flattering, and on-brand.

Session Day Confidence

About a week before your session, I’ll confirm the final details, check the weather (for outdoor shoots), and make sure everything is set. On the day of your session, just show up ready to be yourself—I’ll guide you through the entire process so you feel at ease and look your best.

Whether you're after fresh headshots, lifestyle imagery, product content, or storytelling visuals, I’ll make sure we capture everything you need—with plenty of encouragement along the way.

Your Branding Images & Final Touches

Within 3 weeks of your session, you’ll receive a watermarked proofing gallery to review. From there, you can select the number of images included in your package—or upgrade to additional files or the full gallery for a more complete content library.

Once you’ve made your selections, I’ll begin final retouching—removing flyaway hairs, distracting background elements, and making any adjustments that align with your brand’s visual style. Your final, high-resolution images will be ready within 3 weeks, delivered via a private gallery for instant download and use across your platforms.
