DISCOVERY & ALIGNMENT
We begin with a discovery call to discuss your brand, goals, audience, and how your images will be used. This ensures every detail is aligned with your vision.
INTENTIONAL PLANNING
Together, we will refine locations, wardrobe, creative direction, and shot priorities. You'll receive a detailed preparation guide so you feel confident and prepared.
SEAMLESS CONFIRMATION
Once your contract, retainer, and brand questionnaire are completed, your session is officially reserved and the planning process begins.
SESSION DAY
Relax and enjoy the experience. I provide posing, direction, and guidance throughout the session so you feel confident while we create imagery that reflects your brand.
CURATION & DELIVERY
After your session, your images are carefully curated and professionally retouched. Your final gallery will be delivered in a beautiful online gallery ready for your website, social media, and marketing materials.

WARDROBE & STYLING GUIDANCE
Need a second opinion? I'm happy to review outfit options and help ensure your selections feel polished, cohesive, and aligned with your brand.
SESSION DAY
A week before your session, we'll confirm all final details so you can arrive feeling confident and prepared. During the session, I'll provide posing, direction, and encouragement throughout the experience, creating imagery that feels natural, professional, and authentically you.
Whether you're updating headshots, creating brand content, or refreshing your marketing imagery, my goal is to make the experience enjoyable, effortless, and productive.
YOUR BRANDING IMAGES & FINAL TOUCHES
Within 3 weeks of your session, you'll receive a proofing gallery to select your favorite images and choose any additional files you'd like to purchase.
Once selected, your images will be professionally retouched and delivered in a private online gallery, ready for use across your website, social media, and marketing materials.
